This antique sailor still bank is cast iron. It has retained a good amount of the paint with navy pants, white shirt and red scarf. He is holding an oar. He measures 5.25 inches tall. There are no marking on him but he could be Hubley. Screw in back that holds the 2 pieces together may not be original. This bank is guaranteed to be an orignal not a reproduction.
