I'm not exactly sure what this scope belong to and I am not able to get it to come into sharp focus, but it is working. There are 3 focusing gauges and rotation of the eye piece is possible. The eye piece does separate as shown in photos. I suspect it is German. It has the words mehr and weniger with arrows pointing in different directions on the focusing gauge. On the flat edge it has the follwoing: Rbl.F32 1' eso No 2991 H/6400. The glass prisms inside the piece are intact. It measures approximatelty 10 inches long and 4.5 inches along the eye piece.
