This line of character mugs was created in the 1940's by Pfaltzgraff Pottery, Pennsilvania. Flirty Gertie is hand painted on surface and glazed. This mug is in excellent condition except for a paint chip on the left eye. There are no cracks or chips. There is light crazing on mug surface. It is a heavy mug weighing close to 1 and 1/2 pounds and is 5 inches tall. Bottom is imprinted with Pfaltzgraff Pottery Co. Designed by Jessop. |
