It is bright green and no chips or cracks are found. The top and label are new but a good reproduction of the original. This cannister is from the 1940's and is very sought after by collectors. The top and jar are original. The top has been repainted and a replacement label has been applied. The label looks very much like the original. No chips, cracks or water film is noted. No chips or cracks are noted. The top is original and has been repainted with a good job being done. The holes in the shaker lid are all good. Owens Illinois Refrigerator Water Jar This is a vintage refrigerator water jar made by Owens Illinois Glass. It is decorated with a kitchen theme. It has the original metal cap. No chips or cracks are noted. It holds about one quart of liquid. There is very little wear to the kitchen design. It is in very good condition. Nothing ever tasted so good as water from one of these Owens Illinois refrigerator water jars on a hot summer day.
