Click for more detail... C2490	Handi-Chef Pastry Canvas & Rolling Pin cover This is a pastry canvas and rolling pin cover made by Welmaid Products in Chicago, Illinois. It comes in the original box and has the original insert which does contain recipes. The box has wear and has been taped but the advertising is still clear and readable. The cloth measures 28"x18" and does have a stain from where dough was rolled out. This has been laundered but I think the discoloration is there to stay. the rolling pin cover is 12" long. It also comes with the hook for holding it to the table. I've been told these are great for rolling dough. I can't testify to that as I gave up baking when I opened this store. This Handi-Chef pastry canvas and rolling pin cover would be perfect for anyone who loves to collect advertising or just loves baking in general. This little gadget actually allows you to measure the size of your slices accurately. It comes in the original box which has had it's corners taped. The directions are written inside and there is a little magazine cutout included. There is very little wear to the metal and I see no rust. This pie and cake slicer would come in handy when someone asks for a tiny slice of dessert. Click for more detail... C3528	KVP Pie Tape This is a box of KVP pie tape made by the Kalamazoo Vegetable Parchment company in Michigan. The box has wear as seen in the pictures. One end of the box is taped. It is almost full of this tape. Supposedly you wet the tape and stretched it around the top of the pie to form a wall so the juice wouldn't run over as it baked. The original price was 25 cents. This was sold at the Famous Barr Department store in St. Louis which still exists today. This KVP Pie Tape would certainly be an unusual addition to any vintage advertising collection. The first is a Krimkut Sealer with the instructional insert. The second is a 6 piece measuring spoon set. it starts at 1/8 tsp. and goes to 1 Tbsp. The third is a drop cookie maker for putting dough on your cookie sheets. The fourth is a plastic Pillsbury doughboy cookie cutter. The ones that have the original packaging have not been used, but the packaging has wear so please look at the pictures closely. These could come in very handy when that baking bug bites you. The package has not been opened. This is New Old Stock. There are two covers in the package. It says the covers are 15.5 inches long. The package measures 3.5 inches by 8 inches. The original cost was 39 cents. These Foley rolling pin covers are functional as well as collectible. It was a lid that screwed onto any jar with a diameter of 2.5 inches. You dispensed the coffee by moving the lever. Supposedly one flip was good for one cup of coffee. The box is in near mint condition and so is the dispenser. This coffee dispenser gadget is a wonderful example of 1950s advertising and would look great on display. You put your eggs on the tray and covered them with the amount of water on the graduated spout and then waited for the whistle to tell you they were boiled just right.
