This is a 4.75 inch aqua and black tulip drinking glass which was made by Hazel Atlas. It is unmarked but the Pitcher that matches this glass is in the Hazel Atlas book by Gene Florence. The pattern is called Tulip on Grid. No chips or cracks are noted. The color is bright and unfaded. Paint scratches are minimal. I don't see any water film. It shows aqua tulips and black stripes on one side and black tulips and aqua stripes on the other. This Hazel Atlas aqua and black Tulip on Grid drinking glass would be a great way to spruce up any kitchen.
