This Large Irish Wade Porcelain Tankard has the Irish Jaunting – Car Decal that is applied the beautiful blue, green and hint of brown glaze that is typical of the Wade glaze. This piece is approximately 6.50 inches tall and the base is approximately 3.50 inches in diameter and in very good condition with little to no wear to the decal, and no nicks, chips, cracks or crazing to the tankard. It has a wonderful embossed and raised border design as shown. The bottom has the Irish Porcelain B Shamrock with Made in Ireland back stamp that dates to circa 1953. This is a large and substantial tankard mug that has a lot of weight to it. |
