A stunning, vintage, Crown Ducal Chintz Tea for Two set in the Ascot Chintz design featuring Pink Roses and flora against a White background.
The set is what I've always understood to be a real Tea for Two set consisting of a Teapot, 2 cups and saucers, cream jug and sugar bowl, and a SINGLE, small Plate for lemons or biscuits. Indeed these smaller plates are often referred to as Lemon Plates.
All items are offered in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or restoration and all carry the Crown Ducal stamp for the 1930s.
