A fabulous and impressively large Staffordshire Art pottery Vase from the Pearl Pottery company under their Cranston Pottery range.
Tubelined, flowing, Art Nouveau in style, motifs decorate the circumference of the neck and these are set against a mottled ground of Blues and Greys to stunning effect.
The Vase stands an impressive 10.50 inches tall and the bulbous base has a maximum diameter of around 8.00 inches. It really is a large and impressive piece and I have also taken a photo against a 7.00 inch Moorcroft Vase for comparison only, quite substantial itself, but dwarfed by this item.
Condition is excellent with no damage of any kind and immaculate decoration and colouring. There is even no sign of the usually expected age crazing.
