Duncan: Spectacular Caribbean punch set RED hndles 15 pcs complt
This is a gorgeous, complete punch set by Duncan Glass, made 1936-53. The pattern, reminiscent of ocean waves, is clear with red handles. There is an 18" underplate, a wide deep punch bowl just under 11" diameter, a matching patterned ladle with a *red handle, & 12 cups with red handles. All bases are manufacturer ground. All handles are applied! There is a subtle chip under one cup, some very minor surface scratches, & a pot-stone in the ladle, consistent with method of manufacture. Basically, you’d really have to look carefully to see any signs of use on this hard to find complete set! The large picture is from Pina's book, Duncan Glass, pg 70; the 2nd is of the actual ladle, which is the less commonly seen red handled ladle; the others are of one of the cups. The set is very heavy. I have the set in Northwest CT. Come pick it up or email me to see what we can work out. #111-A
