Very cute silver plated puff box with lid, marked "18-‘crown’-83, F.B.Rogers Silver Co., Taunton Mass, quadruple 094." Round box has 4 small feet, and a nicely detailed relief flower spray on one side. The lid has rows of incised lines along the edge which echo the lines at the bottom of the box. I did not attempt to polish this, but it seems to be in relatively good shape, the only real condition flaws being a ding to the lid & a few minor scratches. Please note that I am not a silver expert, and only bought this for its dainty appearance. I believe that quadruple plate was an older marking for this company.
