THE ROMANCE OF THE PATCHWORK QUILT IN AMERICA
This book was written by Carrie Hall and Rose Kretsinger in 1935 and published by Bonanza Books, a division of Crown Publishers, Inc. by arrangement of The Caxton Printers, Ltd. in Caldwell, Idaho.
The book is in excellent condition. The plastic cover is in very good condition. It belonged to my grandmother who was a quilter as was her mother. Her name is written inside the front page. It also has several pages that were taken out of a magazine showing different kinds of quilts with instruction on how to make them.
I don't know if you can still get this book and people ask why I am selling it when it belonged to my grandmother. The answer is simply, I do not do quilting and I believe that there is someone out there that does and could very much use and appreciate this book.

BOOK OF MORMON 1928
This is the Book of Mormon, copyright 1920 by Heber J. Grant, first edition published in 1830, with this Edition published in January 1928.
The owner has signed the inside page Miss Ora Carlton, Colonia Dublan, Chihuahua, Mexico. This was an early Mormon colony in Mexico.
The last page also has this written: "March 17, 1932 To be a citizen of this country will help the church in later years." It is signed W.E. Young
I have done little research on this and have not found this Young to be a descendant of Brigham Young however I will continue looking.
Book is in good condition and is an excellent historical reference for this time period in Mormon history.
