These bright gold-tone earrings are clip-on, almost 1 inch wide. Marked Napier. Napier jewelry was founded in 1875 and became Napier Bliss after WWI. In 1922 it once again became just Napier then sold in the 1980's to Victoria & Co. That company closed in 1999 for good. These earrings are from the 1940's-1970's time period and are in excellent condition!
