This quart-size Ball Perfect Mason canning jar is a beautiful aqua color with a few bubbles in the glass. The white glass lid (Crown Mason) has been broken along the edge but the piece is still inside the jar. The zinc screw-on top as well as the small tape provenance that says the jar came from Mogollon New Mexico mine probably dates the jar to the early 1900's. A very nice example from the Ball company.
