This beautiful dark chocolate mink stole belonged to the owners grandmother who wore it in the early 1960's to cocktail parties and special events. When she passed away, the coat came to her mother, who never wore it. It is from Neiman Marcus and the owners name, Henrietta W. Craw, is stitched on the right inside flap of the stole. There are bars of ribbon across the bottom of the stole with tassels on each end, but not so low on the stole that the tassels show. It is sleek and soft. The measurements are as follows:
bottom flaps of the stole = 8 inches wide
from the shoulder to the end of the stole = 17 inches
from the nape of the neck to the bottom of the back = 15 inches
collar at the back = 3 and a 1/2 inches
bottom to top of collar in the back 19 inches
total length around approximately 52 inches
tassel bar is 4 and a 1/2 inches from the bottom of the stole flaps
