Cream Pitcher in the 1940s Fruits pattern by Purinton Pottery.

Clay and gloss glazed background are ivory.

Decorated with hand painted yellow pears and red apples, edged with brown. Leaves plus rim and handle trim are a dark turquoise blue green.

Measures 4 3/8 inches high at tip of spout X approx 4 1/2 inches diameter at widest bulge.

NO chips, cracks, outer crazing. Does have crazing inside and a few light scratches.

This open mouthed TROPICAL fellow stands 4 inches tall. Base measures 4 3/4 inches X 2 3/4 inches.

Heavy white porcelain china, with the usual original paint flaws. Grass on base has some paint runs, flower is yellow with gold gilt rim which has some gold wear.

His bill has just a bit of paint wear. Wings are gold gilt trimmed to accent the feathers. He has black wing tips. No chips, cracks, scratches, or crazing.

This two tiered center handle serving plate is marked U.S.A. - 1 A 3. It is not marked Calif Pottery or with a makers name, but looks like it. Nice example of American Art Pottery from the 1940s and 1950s.

The pottery is white - gloss glazed - with a pattern of dots or bubble over-lapping each other. The removable handle (for easy storage) is gold coated and in real nice condition.

Measures 11 ½ inches diameter at bottom, 7 inches diameter at top and is 10 inches tall to top of handle.

NO chips - cracks - scratches stains. It does have over-all crazing.

If you love vintage Mid 20th Century retro décor - this is for you! It would make a lovely centerpiece holding fall leaves - flowers - and gourds. Would also be great holding Halloween or Thanksgiving treats or cookies and bars.
