This is a Tortoise Shell look plastic folding necktie holder. It holds 32 Neck Ties
It is 15 1/4 inches long X 2 1/8 inches wide and pulls out to 2 inches from the wall.
Mounts to wall with a screw in the hole in each end.
Each bar opens out or folds back for storage. Keeps ties in order - flat - and visible for quick selection.
Like NEW in original box. Box is clean - NO tears - but tear are tape pulls.
