Brass & Milk Glass Boudoir Lamp Chandelier Light SHADE
Pretty little opal glass replacement shade with an iridized coating and openwork brass trim. The iridescent coating gives it an Carnival Glass appearance.
The brass trim is a removable ring with open work vining leaves.
NO chips or cracks. We have two. One is excellent the other has some rub marks to the iridescent coating - probably from tag adhesive residue. Brass is nice. Age and maker uncertain.
Measures:
* 3 1/8 inches high
* 3 7/8 inch top opening
* 5 1/4 inches diameter at widest
* Just a hair under 3 inches diameter fitter to outer edge
* Brass trim is 5/8 inch wide.
This shade could be used to top a Boudoir - Bed or Vanity Lamp. Possible it was part of a Chandelier or Hanging type light.
