Transparent Dark Ruby Red Glass with a tiny touch of yellow amber. The color is called Dark Red Carnival. The tiny bit of yellow makes them look slightly amberina.
It is covered with a iridized coating which makes it appear like Carnival Glass. In light, it flashes a Rainbow of varied iridescent colors.
EAPG Early American Pattern pressed from an old mould. Nice Hen details. Basket has vertical ribs and a wide scalloped rim which appears woven on the underside.
A very pretty pressed glass covered Trinket Box for storing your tiny treasures out of sight.
