This pretty little two piece Candle Holder is called a Glimmer Light.
It has a Transparent Vaseline Yellow base with a opalescent rim and a iridescent coating which gives it a Carnival Glass appearance.
The EAPG Early American pattern has rows of zigzag bands and a diamond like hobnail design.
The Frosted Crystal top is hand painted, decorated with a beautiful floral spray of blossoms. It includes a pink rose, tiny purple and maroon flowers, and a orange red bloom.
The hand decorated top is artist signed:B Newton.
Measures 3.5 inches to top and holds a votive candle.
