Brand New. Frosted part is nice Note: They are Flawed in clear upper portion, may have one or more of the following problems.
1. Bubbles, bubble open pops or bumps from bubble in the glass.
2. Streaks, lines, or swirls in glass.
3. Slight Cloudiness along top 1/2 inch of clear part.
4. Extra thick glass at top rim, up to 1/8 inch thick all the way around.
