1930s 1940s Childs Toy made in Japan.
It looks like China or White Glass, coated with a layer of Celluloid plastic. A brisk rub creates a menthal odor.
Stamped on side: Japan.
Measures 2 1/4 inch high X 3 1/2 inches long.
Plastic is split under one back leg and has some gray areas, which may or may not be original to the coloring of the dog. I'm not sure.
Seam line has darkened, but otherwise, this guy is very nice for his age.
