Engraving of Delaware Water Gap

Whole piece including frame is 12 1/4" wide by 10 1/4" tall. Light stains on bottom corners of mat and small ones on sides. I can see a very small tear next to frame. The picture itself is in good condition with no stains or tears. Does not look faded either. The rest of the mat is where the stains are, and they are light. It looks dirty under the glass and could probably benefit from a good cleaning. Porved to be difficult to photograph. Generally, a really nice engraving.
