Victorian Style Christmas Angel Brass & Glass Jewelry Box Contemporary art glass and brass jewelry box designed with a foiled illustration of a Victorian Christmas Angel and tree scene under the glass lid. Rich burnished brass tube framing the sides of rosy gold ripple glass, ornate shaped box clasp and link chain that secures the lid to the box when opened. Interior bottom is mirrored. Sits on four ball feet.

Box is in exceptional and what, appears to be, unused condition. The illustration is lustrous, rich in color with subtle iridescent shimmer with light change. Measures 5.5 inches north to south by 4 inches wide. Height is 2.5 inches. Guaranteed to be in gift-giving condition and would make a beautiful holiday table accent piece. Brass under-base with oval gold foil label, Handcrafted - Via Vermont - Made in Mexico. Circa 1980 - 1990.

Embossed Relief Two Doves Heart Shaped Dresser Box Vintage biscuit porcelain embossed relief dresser box with two white on white doves sitting below floral garlands Garlands of greenery and delicate rose colored florals, possibly Stephanotis. The design is most probably representing love and marriage.

Both lid and box are in very good condition and appears to be in unused condition. Measures 4.5 inches wide by 3 7/8th inches long. Sits 1.5 inches high covered. Unmarked, circa 1970 and guaranteed to be in gift giving condition. Would make a lovely and different 'gift box' for the bride's strand of pearls.

Gilded Lily High Relief Vertigris Dresser, Jewelry Box Lovely detail to this high relief gilded Lily motif embossed ceramic jewelry, trinket or dresser box. Circular in shape, it is painted in a faux vertigris finish and highlighted with brilliant gold paint accents. A Greek Key embossed border, highlighted with gold paint, encircles the full diameter of the bowl.

Covered box measures 4 inches in diameter and 3 inches high and guaranteed to be in gift giving condition.

Etruscan Design Chased Repousse Brass, Copper Jeweled Box 1920's intricate hand tooled Etruscan Revival design brass and copper jeweled dresser box. Barrel shaped with facet cut ruby red and sapphire blue colored glass stones decorating the lid. A hammered floral pattern decorates the brass wall, rim, under-base and copper jeweled lid with an added frieze of copper twisted rope and concentric bead open work motif framed with upper and lower borders of repousse laurel leaf. Sits on three brass ball feet. Interior of box is lined with a sapphire blue velvet material that has been worn flat over the years.

Beautiful worked metal craftsmanship rich in detail and design quality. Measures 3.5 inches high with a circumference of 2.5 inches. Unmarked piece, circa 1920.

Reproduction Limoges Victorian Style Partial Dresser Set Porcelain transfer painted floral motif replication of a Limoges Victorian style lady's dresser or vanity set. Set consists of two (2) powder or jewel boxes and one hair receiver.

Melon rib mold design transfer painted with florals accented and highlighted with burnished gold paint details. Each box measures 3 7/8th inches high with a 4 7/8ths inch diameter. All have lids, hair receiver opening is encircled with a heavy gold rim detail. All pieces are guaranteed to be in gift-giving condition with no flaws or defects noted and is a great price alternative to the antique pieces they copy. Gold Fleurs di Lis ink stamp Limoges within a flowing banner is a reproduction mark and not authentic Limoges, France porcelain.

Japan Wedgwood Blue Cherubs Pate Sur Pate Trinket Box Japan's use of hand applied white porcelain slip in high relief(or version of the Pate Sur Pate technique)on Wedgwood blue biscuit porcelain exterior and glossy glazed interior. A pattern of Cherub and floral slip porcelain motif creates a replication of the English Wedgwood wares produced for the European and US markets during the 19th and early 20th Centuries. Dresser or trinket box is trunk shaped.

Lid has a delicate intermittent pattern of shield and diamond border with winged randomly placed winged cherubs. Side motif of cherubs holding flower bouquets and lush floral border. Measures 2.5 inches high, 3.5 inch rectangle shape. Bottom with embossed 'Japan' mark. Condition is wonderful with slip motif and glaze nearly flawless with the exception of rub wear to the base and inner rim of the lid. The use of embossed 'Japan' dates production from 1920 - 1940.

Japanese Gilt Uruski Lacquerware Hinged Jewelry Box Near antique Japanese uruski lacquerware vanity box expertly painted in gold with an exotic Asian motif of bamboo stalks, cascading leaf fronds and butterflies. Front, back and sides of box are painted with pond and lily pads. Brass hinged lid with a blue matte velvet interior lining. Would make a lovely jewelry, gift presentation or vanity trinket box.

Box measuring 4 1/8 inches wide by 3 inches front to back and a height of 2.5 inches is large enough to hold rings and bracelets. Overall condition is rated to be very good. Lacquer is still shiny and lustrous. Gilding is near 100% intact. Brass plate hinge works perfectly, although a little tight. Interior fabric does show minimal rub wear.

Box is stamped Made in Japan and signed 'Vanline's' in fancy gold script on bottom of box. Circa 1920 - 1930.

Kutani Early Showa Two Geisha Famille Rose Hair Receiver Early Showa Period Kutani Japan hair receiver decorated with iron red and greens, two Geisha in garden and Famille Rose panels. Open hole hair receiver lid has a tight pie-crust pinched ruffled rim.

Both bowl and cover are in very good condition, measuring 4.25 inches by 2.75 inches high. Estate item with gold script on iron red mark of Kutani, Early Showa Period, 1926 - 1936.

Royal Bayreuth Iridized Pearl & Cobble Dresser Jar Royal Beyreuth deeply embossed and painted porcelain lady's dresser, trinket or powder box. Six panels represent a skirt motif of a pearly iridescent beaded "tablecloth" with handkerchief edge, measuring 4 inches by 3.5 inches wide.

The cover has an embossed motif of cobblestones. The skirt surrounds a round tiffany iridescent blue finish circular base. Its radium shimmer on neutral pearly ground creates a beautiful statement of elegance in simplicity.

Condition is rated as Very Good to near Excellent with two consecutive "flea bite" size chips to the interior of the box rim where the lid sits. Royal Beyreuth 'T' in Shield with Bavaria printed upside-down, Blue mark, used 1957+. Tettau Porcelain Factory, Tettau, Bavaria, Germany. Gold stamped number 28 (mold number).

Jungfrau Germany Transfer Portrait Puff Box & Jewelry Casket Large porcelain puff or powder box and matching jewelry casket decorated with transfer print of Kaufmann or Royal Vienna-style female subject (possibly Amicintia?)with gradient shades of brown umber on white ground, accented with gold stenciled garland motif. Manufactured by Jungfrau Porzellan, Germany.

Puff box with cover measures 6.75 inches in diameter with a 3.75 inch height. Embossed scroll rimmed oblong casket shaped jewelry casket with cover measures 6 inches long by 2 inches high.

Rated to be in near excellent condition. Gold accenting is 99% intact and only minor age-related rub wear to porcelain.
