Noritake Morimura Bros. Balsiger Apple Blossom Plate Artist painted early Noritake porcelain plate decorated with stylized Apple Blossoms and branch work on a color washed background of Peach and Yellow on Blue and Teal. The plate is further accented with a wide rim of burnished gold paint.

Signed by Balsiger, it measures 10 inches in diameter and would display beautifully on your table or wall.

Condition is rated as excellent. Morimura Bros. 'M in Laurel Wreath, Handpainted, Nippon' back stamp confirms date of porcelain production between 1904 and 1911. Van Patten Mark #47.

Superbly Painted Nippon E-OH Berry Service Set Nippon Berry Service set consisting of handpainted Master and 4 individual Berry Bowls crafted by E-OH Nippon. Beautifully done in the Moriage style with bead and slip paint for depth and texture, broad brush strokes in colors of sage green, umber, rose and blue creating the overall landscape and floral pattern.

Mold motif of embossed fine ribbing and pinch scallop rim. Master Berry measures 8.5 inches in diameter with four (4) individual berry bowls measuring 5.25 inches. All pieces are in tip-top condition, both in paint and structure. Green TE OH and painted Nippon backstamp, circa 1900.

Please note: Photo flash gives the appearance of a winter white ground. In natural light, the true color is an ivory with a slight greenish tint creating a more muted contrast to the landscape pattern.

Nippon Kutani Lavish Gilt Enameled Berry Service Set Dai Nippon Kutani lavish antique berry service consisting of master and six individual berry bowls. Decorated in the Shimizu Bizon technique incorporating colored enamels and lavish gold on gold. Hand painted design of white Calla Lilies, multi-hued tinged roses of pink, fuscia and magenta cloaked in greenery.

The elaborate gilt work of both embossed and gold on gold leaf and scrollwork surrounds, frames and overlaps the colored florals and rims. Beautiful gold on gold beading highlights the overall motif. Each snow white bowl has a center medallion of painted rose framed in beaded gold leaves. The exteriors have three hand painted double rose and leaf clusters.

The entire set is rated to be in near excellent condition with only minor rub wear to the inner base rims. The paint, gold and overall pattern is to die for - such extravagance!<p>Master bowl measures 10 inches with (6) individual service bowls measuring 5.75 inches in diameter. Gold on red Japanese mark for Kutani, Bizon Shunkoen Kiln, Dai Nippon Meiji Period, 1868 - 1920. Bizon character narrows production to 1900 - 1920.

Antique Noritake Maple Leaf Floral Painted Gilt Bowl Ornate Morimura Bros. Noritake blown out rose floral bowl accented with heavy gilt and beaded rim. Embossed bowl has an all over painted interior of magenta and blush tipped roses, foliate and buds on a color washed ground in shades of golden yellow and light to mid-color greens. The scallop and leaf rim is painted in deep burnished gold and bead accented.

The florals extend onto the exterior of the bowl. Pattern is underglaze. Bowl measures 7.25 inches in diameter and sits on a gold trimmed collared foot. Blue Maple Leaf Hand Painted #52 mark. Used 1891 - 1921. Condition is rated as near excellent.

Early Noritake Nippon Morimura Acorn & Swallow Bowl Early Noritake Nippon Morimura Bros. 'M' in Laurel Wreath hand painted bowl, rich in warm golden russet brown hues this has an Autumnal scene of Oak Leaf, Acorn and blue tinged Swallow on branch broad brush stroke motif.

All over gradient shades of deep russet orange and deep to golden browns on the interior, extending over the outer rim. Pierced tab handles. Rim is painted in a deep russet brown.

Condition is rated as very good to near excellent. There is one very small paint flake on the upper interior under the tab rim. Decorative display bowl measures 7 inches in diameter. Bears the green Noritake 'M' in Laurel Wreath Hand Painted Made in Japan mark. Used 1911+.

Early Noritake M in Laurel Wreath Gold Encrusted Lemon Dish Noritake Nippon porcelain lemon dish in a lovely gold encrusted and embossed Morimura Bros. pattern. Ring handled dish is superb with artistry detail you come to expect from these early Noritake pieces.

Measures just shy of 8 inches in diameter with details such as the gold painted finger ring handle, an inner border of contrasting Celadon green rimmed in fine gold on a snowy white porcelain ground. The outer border is a gadroon pattern of heavy gold encrusted and embossed flowers and greenery accentuated with black enamel detailing on white ground and finished off with an outer rim of painted gold.

Condition is rated as excellent on the porcelain, excellent gold gadroon border, with a very good rating on the gold trim due to slight wear of the outer rim detail and moderate gold rub on the handle. We have sale priced the piece to accomodate for this small flaw.

Maple Leaf Nippon Enameled Chrysanthemum Charger Antique heavy hand enameled Maple Leaf Nippon porcelain charger suberbly detailed with a paneled pattern of heavy enameled Chrysanthemum and greenery and Daisy and mixed florals, gilt bordered and accented with gold enameling. Creamy white porcelain ground, the charger has a center focal medallion of Chrysanthemum. Notched rim mold detail.

Plate measures 10 inches in diameter and is in pristine, unused condition. Inkstamp green #52 Maple Leaf Nippon mark, circa 1920.

Morimura Nippon Noritake Autumn Thistle 6 Piece Berry Set Autumn motif Nippon Noritake master relish with individual salts (or condiment) bowls.
Hand painted scene of Thistle, foliate and branching in colors of shaded greens, rust accenting, deep brown branching, leaves of various depths of green and accent shadow leaves of a bluish lavendar with satin finish.

Master measures 7 inches by 5 7/8 inches. Modified geometric square with rounded half dome rim detail. Collared foot and rim detailed in painted Umber trim. Salts measure 3 inches in diameter.

Set is in fine condition with no flaws and only the expected base rubbing. Paint is in excellent condition with extremely minimal wear on the rims. Meiji Period Dai Nippon Bluebird Enameled Luster Relish Set Axx Dai Nippon (Great Japan) Meiji Period enameled Bluebird floral motif on richly irridescent luster finish relish service. High luster pastel colors of peachy marigold and contrasting cornflower blue border with a vivid colored enameled motif of stylized bluebird, florals and foliate.

Measurements: 8 inch long master relish, five (5) individual condiments or salts at 3.16 inches long. All are in very good condition with only age related rub wear to the bottoms. Inkstamp trademark of Mt. Fugi and Stream used during the Meiji Period of 1868 - 1912 and Made In Japan, along with the dual color luster design narrows production to 1900 - 1912.

Noritake Toki Kaisha Art Deco Cup and Saucers Vintage Noritake Nippon Toki Kaisha Art Deco, both in form and pattern, cup and saucer sets.

Deco interpretation of trailing vines are painted in a matte medium green with fine yellow 'veining' and bordered with a thin muted blue outline on a snow white translucent porcelain ground.

Both sets are rated to be in very good condition. Geometric shape with a nice angular hand and thumb grip. Two colored Noritake China 'laurel with bow' mark and 'Nippon Toki Kaisha' in block print.
