9kt YG Victorian Shell Cameo Pierced Frame Brooch Antique 9k hand carved Victorian Era Cameo brooch bezel mounted in an 8-sided geometric shaped outer frame. Frame is completely crafted by hand with a delicate pierced openwork motif. Hand carved shell cameo rests in a hammered oval bezel inner frame. Bezel is surrounded with a delicate twisted rope. Right facing profile with facial features and attire that suggest a Roman Diety or Royal.

The cameo is also different from the norm in color with the white carving exposing a grey-blue undertone. Back is etched with Roman Numerals XXXVII and a faintly scribed symbol that looks to be a staff with coiling snake.

Piece is unmarked low content 9k gold and shows some age-related minor abrasion marks on the metal in small random areas. Then again, it may be the natural patina that occurs over the years. Overall size of brooch is 1.75 inches high by 1.5 inches wide. Cameo size is 1.25 inches by 7/8 inches wide. Given an overall Very Good rating due to age related abrasions to the metal and a pin head size inclusion (or flake) on the far right (at Bezel and indicated in photo).

Based on the construction, hand work and antique style pin attachment with extending pin point, we have dated this to be Circa 1890 - 1900. The open catch has an incised mark that is unidentified (circle within a rounded square). Acquired from an English Antique Trade Fair.

Carved Helmut Shell Cameo Filigree Milgrain Brooch, Pendant Antique hand carved Helmut Shell brooch of a classic left facing female portrait, oval in shape. Cameo is finely carved, high in relief and intricate in detail set in a burnished rosy toned 9k gold bezel framed mounting. Mounting design is delicate in rolled gold openwork Filigree and elaborate with scrolled stations located north-south, east and west on the outer frame and further detailed with delicate milgrain roping.

Antique open 'C' clasp with extended pin point and a rose gold small round bale has been added to wear as a pendant if desired. The entire brooch, including clasp is in very good, well-cared for condition. Measures 2.25 inches high by 1.75 inches wide.

1960's Black Hills Gold 10kt Oak Leaf Dangle Earrings Vintage 10kt Black Hills Gold oak leaf with applied grape motif dangle earrings for pierced ears in unused condition and still on puffed satin display holder. (There was a necklace sold with this as a set originally, however, is not part of this estate consignment).

Earrings are in excellent unworn condition measuring a half inch wide with a 1 inch drop.

Carved Angel Skin Cameo Silver Framed Brooch Antique hand carved Angel Skin Coral Cameo brooch depicting three quarter bust, right facing female portrait. Cameo is mounted in a European Silver oval frame. Bezel is detailed with an outer twisted rope edging.

Brooch measures a petite 1 1/8 inch by 7/8 inch oval shape and rated to be in exceptional condition for its age. Silver has a nice burnished patina. Open 'C' catch with extending pin tip. Cameo is in very good condition.

1910 - 1930 Gold Carnelian Portrait Cameo Ring Wonderfully carved Edwardian Carnelian shell portrait cameo 10k yellow gold ring. Cameo rests in a hammered bezel with an outer frame of twisted rope and milgrain design. Right facing portrait of female subject with carved magnolia at ear.

Ring shoulders have delicate embossed design accents for added eye appeal and texture. Cameo measures 15mm round, ring is a size 7 and weighs 2.9 grams. Designer Sterling Marcasite & Gemstone Cabochons Bracelet Estate Sterling .925 beautifully designed bracelet with Marcasite link and oval bezel mounted polished cabochans. Motif has a stylized scarab look.

Bracelet crafted in sterling silver has a motif of X within open rectangle links embedded with Marcasite stones separating 9 x 15mm highly polished gemstone cabs mounted in a beaded bezel cup. A total of 11 Marcasite are set in each of the five links. Alternating cabs of Black Onyx, and Malachite with a rusty red quartz stone as the focal point.

Bracelet has a double circle link at the fold and snap beaded clasp affording a comfort fit for size 7 to 7 1/2 inches. Substantial in weight with a total silver weight is 25.8 grams. Condition is excelleht, has been jeweler inspected and polished and quaranteed to be in gift-giving condition.

Designer Dramatic Sterling 53ct Amethyst, Peridot Necklace Bold, dramatic Sterling .925 bezel mounted rich in color African Amethyst and Peridot designer 'Y' shaped necklace. Jaws will drop and heads will turn when worn...it is not at all shy with six large brilliant cut Amethyst stones totalling over 42 carats. All stones are matched in exceptional clarity and richness of color depth and intensity. If you love Amethyst, you'll lust for this piece!

Design consists of 2 ovals measuring 15mm by 10mm, mounted North South; 2 pear shaped 9mm by 6mm, point ends South; 1 large 14mm by 20mm oval mounted East West and 1 large 20mm by 12mm mounted point end North. Dramatic plunge of 2.5 inches from the 20 inch V of the necklace.

Amethyst stones are complimented with a disbursement of a total of 11 carats of watery green brilliant cut Peridot in oval and round shapes. All stones are open backed and bezel mounted in 1/4 inch deep double tier detailed 'cups' of silver. Sterling heavy gauge mesh tube chain measuring 9 inches with acorn capped toggle and intricately scribed, carved and detailed double O-ring clasp. Total Sterling gram weight is 2.1 ounces.

Superb design work, craftsmanship and material quality. Excellent condition. Stamped .925 and incised maker's symbol that we have not been able to identify.
