1939 NEW YORK WORLDS FAIR BELT BUCKLE Unusual 1939 NEW YORK WORLDS FAIR Silverplated Belt Buckle Condition is as shown.
I have not cleaned this as I did not want to damage wheat remains of the enamel. The "silverplate" shellac is what causes the discoloration as some of it has come off. You can remove it with nail polis remover - but then you have to polish the buckle

TOWLE STERLING SILVER PIETA MEDAL "Roma 1498 OUETA by Micheal Angelo New York 1964" is around the rim of the 2-1/2" Towle Sterling Silver medal made for the New York 1964 Worlds Fair. The Pieta was on display at the Fair's Vatican Pavillion. The lines were long, but it was well worth the wait
