Wonderful vintage original Early Provincial "Roosters and Roses" hand painted pattern made by UCAGCO circa 1950's. The collection is pictured in the book "PY/Miyao Fun Kitchen Collectibles by Belinda Evans" on pages 48-73.
*This is the "Nappy with rope shaped handle"
~It is 6 inches across.
~Very Good condition with no cracks or repairs. Does have vintage age crazing and two small chips on the back edge that can't be seen when displayed.
~Colors are still bright and beautiful. ~Marked on bottom "Early Provincial Underglaze Hand Painted Japan"
These are highly collectible and becoming very Hard to Find.
