Manufacturer: Josef Originals
Such an adorable little series that reminds us of a gentler time. Made by Muriel Josef George circa 1960's when Josef Originals were being made in Japan but still designed in California by Muriel herself. Some were called "The Little Gourmet" and some "Recipe Girls" Each girl is holding her recipe dish and the Hang Tags had the recipes inside. Wonderful hand painted detailing including the life like little faces and the signature black eyes. Also adorned with plenty of gold trim. What a cute kitchen collectible!
~They came in many colors and three different designs which are all adorable:
1. Rounded bonnet
2. Rounded bonnet with scalloped edges
3. A large hair bow instead of the bonnet

~These cuties are getting pretty Hard to Find. Of course if they have the original recipe "Hang Tags" that makes them worth even more.

~Excellent condition with no chips cracks or repairs. Colors are still bright. ~Incised on the bottom "Josef Originals ©"
