Darling series with some of the cutest girls ever. Just look at those faces. Who could resist them? Each girl is holding her favorite pet. Made by Muriel Josef George circa 1960-1962. Designed by Muriel herself in California and made in Japan. They are 5.5 inches tall. Beautiful handpainted details including the gold spaghetti trim and the signature raised roses and of course the life like faces with black eyes that made Josef Originals the favorite of their era and still today. Also very "Hard to Find" as most of the older Josef's are these days. Pictured in the JO book

*This is the "Girl with Kitten" She is dressed in blue adorned with gold spaghetti trim and gold accent trim. She also has the raised pink roses on her dress and in her hair. She is carrying her cute little white kitten.
~Excellent condition with no chips cracks or repairs. Colors are still vivid.
