Lovely Vintage Handpainted Cherry BlossomsTeapot
Here is a pretty vintage porcelain teapot that is handpainted with lovely pink floral blossoms, looks like cherry blossoms. Main colors are pinks, yellows, browns, blacks, against the white background. Lovely floral sprays from tree branches. Has some shading of grays throughout the teapot. Accented with gold trim accenting. Do not believe this was even used, is very clean, gold in intact. The only wear is on the inside of protruding handles that have the handles attached from movement, and minimal on the top.
In Great condition, no cracks, chips, nor hairlines. Marked underneath, simply the number: 40. Measures 5-1/4" H, 4-1/2" W, 6-1/2" across to end spout. Is approximately 36 ounce or 4-5 cup capacity.
