Marked on back: 2-ROCKFORD S.P. CO. 12,then symbol of a (star ?). This pattern was also called: LANCASTER, (Wm. Rogers & Son), and FENWICK, (Stratford Silver Co.) Beautiful beading, pearl designs around on both sides of the handle, scrolls on the ends. Excellent condition, has some slight wear at base where the spoon rests. Elegant pair of William Rogers Tall Candlestick Holders
Lovely pair of quality made silverplated candlestick holders. Elegant in design, long and tapered. Very weighted bottoms. Marked on the bottom: Wm.A.ROGERS. Measures 6"H, 3-5/8"in diameter. If you are looking for that unique design to complete your collection, this site would be worth your look.***** SET OF 7 MATCHING SILVER-PLATED SPOONS *****5-7/8"L, circa 1900, in the PATTERN: CHESTER produced by: WM. ROGERS & SON. (Photo shows only three, there are SEVEN total. Some I cleaned up, the other shows tarnish.)(Marked on the back Wm.Rogers & Son AA). Beautiful design of pretty open flowers, two large ones at the end, then the same pattern of flowers opposite each other with trailing vines. Flower by the base. To make this spoon interesting, by turning over the spoon, the artist designed the pattern like you were looking at the back of the flowers, in reverse. Excellent condition for their age, has the usual scratching, sturdy, some plating wear where spoon rests on base, one end on spoon is a little rough, looks like a manufacturing defect. Two spoons are exact matching, the ends are pointed up. The other one's tip is pointed,rested down. The two spoons are marked on the back: TOWLE MFG. CO. 8 oz.). The other spoon marked: EXTRA PLATE. Nice plain and simple design with an indented tip going in on the handle. In GREAT condition for their ages, has the usual scratching, sturdy, some plating wear where spoon rests on base. No markings found on knife. Beautiful ornate Victorian designed knives, lots of florals, vines, believe its an orchid design.
