Wonderful Antique Treasure of a print FRAMED IN IT'S ORIGINAL OLD WOOD FRAME AND ORIGINAL GLASS. Beautiful pair of Chestnut Brown Horses, enjoying a drink of refreshing water at the wooden pail. Antique print is in a simple dark wood frame.
PRINT IS TITLED: DAY'S WORK DONE. Behind the frame at the very bottom edge print is marked: PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER, Sunday, Dec. 12th, 1897. An ORIGINAL Art Supplement SIGNED BY THE ARTIST: ALBERT WILLIAMS, in the lower right hand corner. (The last name is at the edge of the frame.) EXCELLENT CONDITION to the Chromolithograph Print, is PRISTENE...
Frame measures 12-1/2 inches wide x 10-1/2 inches high. On back print measures 11-3/4 x 9-7/8. Nice aged dark patina to the wood, shows the normal wear to its finish. Have replaced the old cardboard backing and cleaned up the glass.
