Capodimonte Hinged Egg Box The original Doccia Factory in Florence, Italy burned in the late 1800's. Many artists were allowed to use the Capodimonte mark. This particular piece of Capodimonte was made between 1900 and 1940 and was, as we were told by an appraiser, that this particular piece was probably made by Richard Genora. As you can see in the pictures, the egg is hinged and has a clasp in a goldtone metal; is painted with cherubs, greenery and clouds. The egg is a paste porcelain. The egg is in excellent condition. The goldtone metal around the egg is a tiny bit wiggly. The inside of the egg is painted with a picture of a flower. The bottom shows the Capodimonte mark. A real treasure!

Ishihara China - Occupied Japan - Demitasse Sets These bone china demitasse cups and saucers are so beautiful and delicate. The cup and saucer have a 1/4" dark rustred border around the edges with a 22K gold design overlay. The center of rhe saucer and the bottom portion of the cup are white. The portion in between is a yellowish-beige with a 22K gold design overlay. The handles are the yellowish color with 22K gold trim. These cups and saucers are very fine bone china and you can see light through them very easily. The bottom of each cup and saucer says Ishihara China, a green and gold shield with R.1, and Made in Occupied Japan. One cup has a very small fleabite on the inside of the top edge - it cannot be seen from the outside of the cup. The cups and saucers are in excellent condition.

Murano Glass Ashtray w/Gold Flecks The ashtray is pink with gold flecks and scalloped on the outer sides. There are 3 indentions on the top for a cigarette to rest. The top is also somewhat fluted. This small ashtray is solid glass and is very heavy. This piece is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. A great and rare piece. The last photo was taken with the ashtray held up to the light. This ashtray is not marked, but has every influence of being Murano and a rare Murano Barovier Toso gold flecked and light pink ashtray.

Murano Glass Ashtray - Green with Gold Flecks This would make a wonderful gift - and save with our Christmas Sale. It is very very heavy. It is a dark peacock green in color with gold flecks on the inner side and also tiny decorated bubbles. The sides and bottom is a little bit hard to describe. They have a somewhat wavy design. (You just have to view the pictures). The last picture is held up to the light, This is a rare piece. It is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips. This ashtray is not marked Murano, but has every influence of being so.

Miniature Bone China Swans - Pair This beautiful pair of bone china swans are unbelievable with the detail they have. Their backs are open like a planter. They are white with 22K gold on their wings. They have a black dot for eyes and a red beak. The bottom is marked Japan in gold. These tiny little swans are absolutely perfect in every way and are very unusual. There are no cracks or chips.

Ziggy Christmas Cup This Ziggy glass cup is really cute. It has Ziggy and his dog in several places. Ziggy is dressed like Santa. The cup says "Merry Christmas Happy New Year Merry Christmas on both sides. The cup is white glass with red letters outlined in black. Tom Wilson's name is written in script on both sides. This is a real find!

Hollywood Park - Old Fashion Glasses These are the most unusual glasses. I have never seen any like this before. Each glass has a jockey silk and name on the front, bands of color and Hollywood Park is on the back of each. There is Sunday Silence with Yellow and Gray silks, Ferdinand with Blue and Pink silks, Winning Colors with Yellow and Blue silks and
Alysheba with Blue and White silks. These glasses look like they have never been used. The colors are bright and vibrant with no chips on the color or glass. This is a real find!!!

Birds At Home by Marguerite Henry - RARE This hardback book is beautifully illustrated book has 12 colored pages. The book was originally a library book and still has the pocket in the back with the card. The cover of this book is worn with scratches and particularly the edges. There is a child's name and a "C" on the inside front page. There is also a note on the opposite side of the first page that is dated 1949. There are several pages that have a few tears. (I have non-acidic tape and would be willing to do the repairs on the tears, if requested). The inside of the back cover had something glued into it and it has left a small amount of brown paper. This is a very beautifully illustrated book with brilliant colors and a great educational book for young children! From the research that I have done this is quite a RARE book!

Souvenir Thermometer - St.Labre Indian School - RARE This is one rare find! It is my understanding that this was from a fundraiser at the St. Labre Indian School in Ashland, Montana - which is also embossed into the back of the base. The skeleton of fish bones is is mounted on the base. This could very well be bakelite, but I'm not sure. The thermometer is in great condition and still works. This is quite an unusual piece!

Nippon Vase - 1910 This vase was made sometime between 1865 and the turn of the century. The combination of both geometrical designs as well as organic designs from nature makes this vase unusual. It has six sides and several different geometric shapes.There are beautiful flowers on the front and back. There are two small hummingbirds at the top, on each side. Gold beading is around each of the 6 panels and at the top and bottom. This vase is in outstanding condition. There is a little bit of gold worn off the top of the handles (see picture). This Nippon vase is absolutely beautiful. I have never seen any Nippon vase this attractive.
