Porzella - Salt and Pepper These salt and pepper shakers are porcelain with silvertone tops. One has a crest which has a dragon, castle top and is quite fancy. The other has a village scene. Both have Heidelberg on the front and Porzella stamped on the bottom. There is no iodizing on the lid from salt, so I imagine that these have only been used for display. They are in excellent condition with no cracks,chips or crazing. They are very nice.

Red and Clear Faceted Salt and Pepper These shakers look like crystal, but they are lucite. The tops are domed, silvertone plastic and they screw on. The middle is 6-sided bright red with a touch of orange. The bottom is clear and is faceted. The bottoms are marked Made in Hong Kong. The tops have several tiny dark marks. The bottom has a small amount of crazing. These salt and pepper shakers are very attractive.

Vintage Pair Small Bluebird Salt and Pepper Shakers This Bluebird set of salt and pepper shakers came from an estate. I was amazed at the amount of detail. The figures have been handpainted with bright underglazes or matte colors. They have been both formed and painted with beautiful detail. The feather lines are on the wings and tails. They are in 2 different poses and the salt has 3 small holes and the pepper 2 small holes. One bird looks straight ahead while the other has it's tail in the air looking back over it's wing. The one with it's tail down has a crack in it's tail which has been repaired so well that I didn't realize it was there until today. The birds are sitting on leaves from a flowering bush and each shaker has a flower made from tiny petals.
These are both marked on the bottom with KW3007. When I discovered these numbers I moved one of the rubber stoppers a bit. The stoppers have dried out and I did chip one of them. This as well as the repaired tail are shown in the photos. I have marked them down due to these flaws.

Pfaltzgraff - Trousseau Salt and Pepper Shakers This set Trousseau pattern salt and pepper shakers is white with the greyish stripe and leaves, purple and pink flowers. The top of the shaker has a scalloped raised edge. The bottom of each of the shakers has a plastic plug. These are very attractive. These are still in the box and have never been used. Please look at the other things that we have that match this pattern.
