This LIFE hard back book is a Special Edition for Young Readers. This book is the ninth printing with the original copyright being 1952. This book is an outstanding book with color pictures on every page. There are 4 double pages that fold out. The book is in outstanding condition with no dog eared pages. The outer hard back cover does show some wear on the edges where the color has been rubbed off. There is an inscription on the front page of the book where this book was given as a gift back in 1961. This is a wonderful book which shows wonderful illustrations and written for the younger student.
