Originally this set of 3 vintage Diet Pepsi logo pencils were exactly alike. Last week my pre-school grandson decided to sharpen 1 of them so he could draw. He got it sharpentened but never got to draw with it. It is 1/8" shorter than the other 2 pencils but still in pristine condition.
The white pencils were imprinted with red and dark blue to be used as an advertisement.The logo is one of the very first logos for Diet Pepsi and the pencils were most likely distributed to school children.
The imprint says "ONE CALORIE DIET PEPSI" in dark blue inside a box. Under the text but still inside the box is the old Pepsi logo with lines on the outside of the circle which also divides the red and others divide the blue part of the logo. |
