This is a wonderful tin wind up toy. This is a gorilla with celluloid hands and face. The gorilla is covered in fur, but some of it is loose and some is possibly missing. This big guy has his own key, which is removable. He walks, moves his arms and open and closes his mouth. This gorilla is in very good condition considering that it is an antique. The end of his nose has an indentation. He is somewhat rusted and has some chips, but winds up and works beautifully. This is a very unusual piece and one that is very difficult to find. What a great piece to add to your collection! |
