This is a magnificant yet simple brass-tone brooch with a center emerald green rhinestone that begs to be looked at. Its attractive elegance just speaks of style. Unfortunately it is unsigned. It measures 1 3/4" in diameter and the center stone is approx. 1/2". It's just a great vintage piece in good condition.
