Doncha love it? Best part, other than being very colorful, is that it is 2 1/2 inches SQUARE so you can fit your hand in at corners without dislocating your thumb. I have big hands so this is wonderful. I have no idea how old but I think it is Lucite. Sets of 3 x 3 rhinestones on each side are in perfect condition.

I hope it was a solid color. It is grand - 5 inches by 2 inches - and covered with grapes, leaves, red pumpkins and 2 blue scarabs!

Yes, it is huge - 3 1/4 inches long and almost 2 across. This brown Bakelite clip w frilly edges has beautiful large carved flowers and leaves of light colored wood that is pegged, not glued to the surface.

Beautiful carved coral celluloid beads with the typical screw into bead clasp. They measure 16 inches and are in excellent condition. Some of the smaller beads toward back look a bit darkened but they are not painted - look sold coral all the way through as I look at clasp and ends of beads. Double string beaded - original.

I have never seen a celluloid bracelet this one! It a rope with molded flowers and piecings. Rope is 3/8 inches2, 2 1/2 in diameter and with a seam. Soft coral color, excellent condition.

Big fat Bakelite Clips - a pair of them - measure 2 3/4 x 2 inches and are a deep carmel color. They are sustantial in weight. The brass leaf overlaid on the carved Bakelite is detailed: veins and sawtooth edges and it measures 1 1/2 x 1/4. embossed clip back is half moon shaped and firmly pegged into Bakelite. Excellent condition. $35 each or both for $60.

Isn't he cute? I say HE because the feet are too big for a demur lady penguin. Butterscotch dress clip is Bakelite and measures 1 1/4 x 3/4 and the bird is 1 inch tall. Some of the silver finish has worn down to brass but it does not detract - sort of looks like shading against the butterscotch. Clip back is a bit crooked but that's the great thing about clips - easy to adjust.

Flashy red earrings hang 2 inches from red discs that are clipbacks. Very good condition, very sparkly.

Wow! Apple Juice Bakelite and carved too. Shape led me to expect a dress clip - but no, it's a pin with glued on back and safety clasp. Do you think they made these things and sent some down one line to become pins and to the other line for clips? 2 1/4 inches by 1 inch. Excellent condition.

Here is a Bakelite cape clasp or belt buckle of grand proportions and design. Sew- on triangles are 1 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches and loaded with wrap-around brass filigree that completely covers the back and shows beyond the edges of the brown triangle. The filgree is really a 1 3/4 square which has been folded over the Bakelite. Heavy chain holds the one inch capped acorn pieces and , here is a novelty, they SNAP together. Now, did you notice another novelty? Yes, there are 2 different browns, with the acorns being a bit lighter. Excellent condition and unique.

Narrow pink and lavander ribbon is molded into this Lucite bracelet to form pretty stripes. Circular shape is flattened on 2 sides for comfort in wearing. 2 1/2 inches in diameter. Excellent condition.

Here is a mystery sew-on of ivory and marbled aqua celluloid. See the 2 buttonholes on the ivory stick? All I can imagine is using it as a hat decoration, although a clerk told me that her family used something like this for a letter opener. Aqua head is 1 1/4 inches long and ivory point is 3 inches. Second enlarged picture shows the back of head with a seam between aqua and ivory - my guess is the ivory point was glued in here. If you are a button collector, this should add a little spice to your collection!
