Somebody did a marvelous job of enameling tiny flowers onto the movable lid of this very tiny watch fob basket. It is only 5/8 inches in diameter with a flat bottom which may have been intended for initials though there are none. I picture it as a pendant on a gold chain though the fob chain is in excellent condition.

Dainty little fob chain has a small engraved fob-FML- if I am reading it correctly. Marked Pat.? on top clasp. Chain is missing its swivel but I can add one. Some wear on goldfill but quite shiny yet. 3 1/4 inches including top and fob.

I would waste no time in putting this attractive fob with an unmarked signet on a chain and wearing it as a pendant, probably without the swivel.
The oval topaz glass stone has no dings or scratches and the gold finish show hardly any wear. 2 1/2 inches for fob and seal plus almost 2 more with chain and swivel.

Well, no I don't know if that is an elk or of it goes by another name in Germany. But the stamp on the back says Germany and eastern. He is a handsome beast with a garland around his neck and he looks like he is making elk sounds. Hanging from the garland are 2 pieces of carved ivory. Elk teeth, I presume. 2 inches with dangle, 1 1/2 across. German silver, C clasp.

Quite an elaborately constructed watch fob, this one. It has a large oval carnelian showing both front and back, and chunks of metal that look like gold nuggets (they aren't) hanging from each side. At one time something (more nuggets?) hung from the bottom of the oval as evidenced by small rings. Oval measures 1 3/8 x 1 inch and has no chips or scratches, but gold filling shows some wear. Only mark is "patent pending."

Elegant old photo case with Victorian lady's picture. I would guess mid-1800's by dress and hairdo, but I don't know my old photo types. The box is cloth covered wood, embossed on covers and on the inside gold velvet. Fancy goldfilled edging is in very good condition though thumb holding it has worn bottom edge. cloth hinge could use a dot of glue on bottom. pretty little metal hook to latch it. Maybe a faint pinkish tinge to picture. Very possible English considering how I acquired it.

This should go straight to the patriot jewelry category - oops! Don't have one, but it is Guy Stuff. It is a wonderful ond watch fob, meant to hang on a leather strap, and i believe it is made of nickel silver. It is easy to see that many hands have worn it smooth but the etched flag still stands with its stylized stripes and random stars. Measures 1 1/4 x 1 1/2. A rare sight. 2 views -dark and light.

The intaglio in black glass or stone is definitely a warrior holding lightning bolts - very hard to photograph. 1 inch across bottom and dangles 1 inch too. Very good condition.

This dainty goldfilled fob and fob chain looks lady-size but the signet was never engraved. It measures 4 1/4 inches including fob and is in very good condition, only a little wear on the finish.

You are viewing the bottom of this 1/2 inch Victorian charm or fob. Turquoise petals are enamel and center is a rhinestone which has lost its flash (could easily be replaced). Sides are knotted and have rolled gold arrows as seen on other views.

Man's watch fob and chain of what I am guessing is German silver. Fancy chain is 15 inches with a swivel clip and fancy fob measures an inch across bottom. Bottom is hollowed out so there is no no place for a signet - made it is made so a plate can be added with signet. Excellent condition.

Fob measures 1 1/8 inches and has worn goldfill. I have such a terrible sense of direction that I can't tell if it works - but I think it doesn't.
(I depend on a digital compass in my car to not get too badly lost).

This snuffbox I beautifully made and in excellent condition. Top half and lower half have brass pegs - I am amazed that there are no cracks. Top is lined with a fitted bone piece that fits snuggly into the box. 2 1/2 by 1 1/2 inches. Satin smooth outside. Inside is unfinished so you can see fine saw marks. See 2 images.

Looks like this should have a narrow ribbon threaded through one end. 5 curly links with some design. Goldfill flat pieces has held up well but there is some wear on rings that hold them. No marks.
