This gold-filled watch fob is a bit different from the usual with its raised leaves and flowers and set with turquoise colored stones. 7/8 inch in diameter, the raised design is either a lighter color gold or has been worn to a lighter color - maybe from a thumb clasping it? Even considering this, it is in good condition.
