You have never seen a pin like this unless you are acquainted with a certain Minneapolis artist who gathers up old stamps from all over the world and sets them in this fetching frame of copper and beads. This stamp is from Czechoslovakia (in traditional script)
and lists amount of 2 Kes - or is that Kcs? The cancelled upper right hand corner shows a 2 and either a 9 or 4. Then there is the subject matter! This has been in my own collection for years as I am a cat person, though I have never seen a rogish purple cat. Safety clasp and fitted to wear as necklace also. Excellent condition. |
