I think this is an unusual perfume bottle in color and style. It's a rich forest green of satin glass cut through to Clear to make Deco looking circles, both bottle and stopper. The small hole in middle bottom of stopper was probably where it was held while cutting. Neck is finished off with a brass or goldplated collar which has many tiny scratches. Glass has no dings.
