Yes;, I am sure there is a name for this bubble glass, but I don't know it.
4 1/2 inch perfume bottle (includes top)of ribbed glass was made by deliberately blowing bubbles into it - I would like to see it done. It makes for an unusual and charming look. Bottom has a round silver and black foil labet which has a drown or dome in the middle and letters Wales - rest in too worn. Replacement bulb is a peachy pink. Gold is worn off collar and top which is original so it has an antique brass patina - which could be polished some.
