Rare! I did find the Queen Company, listed in a book but it only mentioned 1 year early in 20th century. Bottom has an F and 6 (or 9) bottle has swirly pattern in opaque glass besides the curved pattern. Patterned top fits with cork. 6 1/ inches high. Very good condition. Gold sticker is wonderful too.
