| Antique purse in Art Nouveau style has a mirror in perfect condition, 3 places to spring-load your dimes, nickels and quarters (pennies not worth much even a 100 years ago?) and the pocket on the opposite side could hold a dollar bill but was more likely for a handkerchief. The oval case might have stored tokens - no sign they they dared use powder, lipstick or rouge. Nickel plating on iside is in quite good condition. Outer silverplate has a little brass peeking through on high spots. 11 inch wrist chain maybe not original. 4 1/2 x 3 inches. |
