Manufacturer: Czech?
Carnelian glass is beautiful here and set in an antique finish silver metal, highlighted with loads of new rhinestones. (I replaced every one of them and nearly went blind). It was worth it though because I can now say it is excellent condition. 2 inches by 1 3/4. Czech?
