Yes, they are red glass and they have green glass leaves too. Silver finished chain is adjustable with a claw clasp (so maybe not very old). Peppers are 1 inch, leaves 3/4. Beads don' appear to be glass - composite?
Excellent condition - no tips broken as so often happens.
