This is one of the beautiful old twisted wire pins made in China early in 20th century from something less than sterling. The leaves are real cut lapis and amethyst and the jewels on the urn are real too - jade most likely.
Measures 2 1/2 by 1 1/4 and has a safetly clasp. Chinese symbol under the MadeinChina is pressuably the artist. Excellent antique condition. |
